with INFLOW™
If your parking location is equipped with security features, such as overhead garage doors and secured pedestrian doors, you will need to use a Door Reader Access Tag to re-enter the garage through certain designated doors. Whether you are a Monthly Unlimited, FlexPark or daily TAP ‘N PARK™ user, the INFLOW™ system will automatically create your unique Door Reader Access Tag for you.
How to Find Your Door Reader Access Tag
Hourly & Daily Customers
Hourly and Daily customers utilizing either TAP ‘N PARK™ or the on-site pay station kiosk will find the Door Reader Access Tag in their parking receipt. TAP ‘N PARK™ customers simply tap the “Door Reader Access Tag” button as shown below. Customers utilizing a pay station kiosk (certain locations only) will find the access tag on the printed receipt
FlexPark Customers
When a FlexPark session has been redeemed, customers will find the Door Reader Access Tag in the confirmation receipt as shown below. Customers can access this anytime in the Glovebox or History section of their user account.
Monthly Unlimited Customers
Monthly Unlimited customers are provided secured facility access through our partnership with Openpath. Openpath is a separate app that allows unique entry access directly from any mobile device installed with the app. Monthly Unlimited customers are provided with Openpath credentials and instructions when activating a Monthly Unlimited account if the selected location is a secured facility.
Access
Openpath enables customers to enter a secured facility using their smartphone. Openpath’s patented SurePath Mobile technology ensures reliability and quick entry via Bluetooth, WiFi and cellular data. Open the door with a phone, and no longer need key fobs or badges. The hands-free, touchless entry with Openpath’s Wave to Unlock works for both pedestrian entrance and exit doors as well as equipped overhead garage doors.
